Date: June 28th, 2022 7:15 AM Author: Curious degenerate It’s an extremely sleepy city, but here’s the best I’ve found (apart from seeing the PP and VC museums, which are probably the best attractions).
Walk through the old town and grab dinner there.
Stroll past the famous watch shops and check out some of the antique stores. (They are all more or less along one road; start with Franck Mueller on the island in the middle of the river and head to the other side to see VC, etc.)
Pick up some 180 chocolate, but good luck finding anything that isn’t secretly owned by Nestle. (Have to research online; nestle bought them up at a furious pace.)
If you can, get out and wakeboard on Lac Léman. Or take a private boat tour to see some of the crazy estates.
If you have any connections, tour a NGO. WTO has a nice cafeteria that overlooks the lake; World Meteorological Association has a crazy nice building. The UN campus (place des nations)is a nice park and there is a statute of a three legged chair their from Paul McCartney’s old boo. But this is all pretty fucking boring.
Grab tea or drinks at “Windows” in Paquis (hotel d’Angleterre). There are a number of places with nice views of the jet d’eau on Quai Wilson.

Yea, planning to walk around the old town and cathedral today when we get in late. Tomorrow will try to work some of that in, perhaps the old league of nations building and PP/VC, hotel hasn’t yet confirmed dinner in their fine dining restau, I called two others as backups but they’re full. I’m sure we’ll end up at hotel’s (Chat Botte). Will PP allow me into their museum with a VC on my wrist? 😂

It makes sense to have him on the company so they can avoid estate taxes by paying him salary they won't use. Let's say they pay him a salary of 500K/year for doing nothing. Over the course of 30 years they will be able to move 15 million out of their estate and into his pocket. It is a very good estate planning move and the fact that he is a lawyer makes it seem above board. I mean I have my kids model for my Instagram and I pay them a small salary. It's a little different because they are doing real work (modeling for my Instagram page), but it's the same kind of thing. When they are old enough to do office type work I'll put them on payroll too as salaried employees. They can file/scan/answer phones/calendar/etc so it will be legitimate.
