That affidavit was under seal and somehow showed up in another piece of litigation that the bad lawyer was involved in in Florida (along with DLA Piper, lol). Everything fell apart in that case. So the bad lawyer sued EPAH alleging that EPAH must have violated the protective order/seal, even though the most likely suspect is a former employee of the bad lawyer.
I don't know the case and haven't seen the pleadings, but this is what I've gleaned from XO. It's almost certainly the case that bad lawyer is fucking with EPAH out of spite and unless EPAH is like, "I totally violated that protective order to fuck up Bad Lawyer" then I don't see how bad lawyer has a case. |

One of the lawyers who was against bad lawyer in Texas cited EPAH's brief in support of his claim that bad lawyer is a fucking lunatic. There is no evidence whatsoever of any collaboration between EPAH and this lawyer in Texas. And the claim that EPAH's filing was "under seal" is complete bullshit. It's available to anyone with a PACER account.
Look up EPAH's response and read it. It truly is beautiful lawyering, and it absolutely eviscerates the other side. |

Funny fact though. I represented Harrison Barnes in the Texas Supreme Court against Kinney almost 10 years ago. I pro hac'ed in with my friend who is now on the Plano City Counsel. I also won an anti-slapp against Kinney in a CA case too (if you google my name + Harrison Barnes + Kinney you can read the appellate opinion in that case). Tsinah’s eviction attorney is also suing EPAH in an unrelated case. His attorney “ZZZ” is also friends with Kenny. Kenny says that “ZZZ” is not an xo poster.
“ZZZ” is going to get gaped in EPAH’s motion to dismiss and sanction motion. |

I think I may have told you a little about it when we came out to LA a few months ago-- long story short, I got hit by a car in my building in January (it was a hit-and-run; I was a pedestrian). I was seriously injured and continue to suffer from my grievous injuries.
My building changed ownership in December and immediately decided to make this place a total shithole with hood nonsense occurring incessantly. Consequently, I stopped paying rent and they immediately tried to evict me. My building hired a total shitlawyer who fucked up massively in the first suit and they wound up paying me $5,000. Pursuant to the settlement agreement, I was good on rent until the end of May.
I mistakenly thought the settlement said I was good until the end of June and missed June's rent payment. They IMMEDIATELY commenced an eviction action again, which I actually found out about on the board. Thank god, because I would've had no idea since I was traveling during most of June.
We've now countersued the management company and the property manager & assistant property manager personally for their continued violations of Florida law.
As for the stuff ITT, I have no idea about any of it. It's pretty entertaining, though. |
