1. jacked/shredded....this will attract the dumb customers but there are lots of them. you actually don't need to know shit if you look the part.
2. an actual retired athlete with a scientific background who is not a retard...someone like rippetoe, who can train athletes. you won't get crossfit shrew customers or 25 year old dudes who want to be bodybuilders but you'll be able to train real high level athletes if you know your shit and have proven results.
