He’s looking for an argument to scare epah into maybe agreeing to a dismissal of the law suit. He has also suggested he will reverse the prevailing case law of Florida that agrees with the opinion of everyone here on appeal. That also has no traction.
He needs a. Is or argument that will at least cause epah some second thoughts as to accepting the mere dismissal. I can’t think of any at the moment. Fussing about an appeal isn’t going to get candy ride anywhere if there are no issues meritorious enough to take up on appeal.
The jurisdictional thing is a nonstarter. You can’t waive jurisdictional objections by objecting with every filing and filing a motion for sanctions for relief. PLEASE Candy ride don’t tell me how there are lots of cases that say otherwise. They are inapposite.
