Judge initially ordered TSINAH to pay $10,800 into escrow by Friday. His lawyer managed to get that down to $10,300 by. Tuesday. Another hearing was scheduled for early October (against the objection of TSINAH's lawyer, who wanted to delay setting a date) |

TSINAH then again stopped paying rent (he claims he thought his first payment wasnt due for another month, but apparently has paid no rent for a number of months since the initial notice) and the landlord brought another eviction action against him |
