Looking to drop about 25 pounds (currently at 200) and have been eating 1000 - 1500 calories daily, almost all from chicken/tuna/red meat. Regularly hitting 150-200 grams of protein a day, with almost no calories and very little fat. Don't lift heavy but play soccer a few times a week + do pushups/pull-ups every night.

Am I eating too much protein? Most of it is from chicken and tuna, with a little red meat mixed in, so not worried about cholesterol but maybe I'm missing something?

If your protein is crowding out your minimum dietary fat intake you will develop "rabbit starvation"

If you have certain kidney or liver conditions it can be a problem.

If youre an athlete, you might see performance struggles if you're crowding out carbs

Otherwise no problem

What are some healthy fats to eat that are also low carb/calorie? Everything "healthy" I come across has like 10g of fat and if I want to hit 100g/fat a day I need to eat a lot more calories (which defeats the purpose of the weight loss).

All fats are healthy if not overeaten and consequently stored as body fat.

Whole eggs or boiled egg yolk is probably the top #1 way to consume fat. Olive oil, avocado and granola are some of my favorites as well. For flesh eaters, fatty fish and certain cuts of meat are probably great options

Bench in the high 200s, squat in the high 300s. Weigh under 185. Not a runner but my PB when I was in the Army was 10:33.32 for the two miler. Can still do under 12 min nearly twenty years later and with rarely running.

I would venture to say I may not be strong amongst college athletes but am well into the 99th percentile age/weight adjusted and probably still 99th percentile for all men my weight 20-40, especially if you remove college/pro athletes.
