You're supposed to do all your warmongering early in your career as POTUS/king so that you have some credentials to carry you in old age, but this guy did it at end, when he's struggling to preserve respect he earned during peacetime.
I think if I were hired to fix this shit, and I were given the ability to round up these ethnics, as a starting I'd be thinking about different roles for different ethnicities. I'd want to see how they behave when left to themselves in groups of up to 30 men, and I'd look for any signs of aptitude at certain tasks. |
