The thing is the company he’s claiming is displaced as a result of these shopkeepers selling this adulterated real boner drug which gives standing has strange origins that seem very closely connected to counsel to begin with. It is very curious and I may be completely wrong. It is not a large company and does not seem to have more than a few players. Nor does it have anything available on the market at all until right before or right after the dunning letters started going out. This was a takeaway that I got from the video at least. That’s just my opinion and there is a vocal crowd of people here who repeatedly say I’m retarded so who knows. |

RT was suing a bunch of bodega owners claiming that they harmed his client by selling illegal boner pills (seriously). EPAH defended these bodega owners and filed a countersuit against RT under RICO. RT loses his shit and promises to "destroy" EPAH.
In an unrelated matter, RT was representing EJ in a lawsuit against his former employer (namely RK). RT needed to be admitted to the bar in Texas. RK sent some materials to the Texas bar showing that RT is a fucking lunatic. RT is initially denied admission and EJ has to spend some money hiring a C&F attorney to get him admitted. EJ then sues EPAH in Florida claiming that EPAH tortiously interfered with his business relationship with RT alleging that EPAH gave RK the materials that RK sent to the Texas bar. EJ's attorney in the Florida case is ZZZ, who also represented TSINAH in his eviction case and used to work with chandler and CSLG. And EJ recently lost his case against RK and now owes RK something like $3 million.

Look, I have been on both sides of eviction proceedings. The number one thing you always have to do if you want to preserve a claim against a ll and you are a tenant is to pay your rent. you just have to. it has to be paid into escrow pending resolution of your dispute. there's no way a judge wouldnt allow that. thats just by default and frankly tsinah is lucky to have had his claim preserved up to that point any way given the failure to pay into escrow before that hearing. |
