The Asian and Hispanic populations have exploded and places like Buford Highway resemble a foreign country more than America. Massive Hispanic families take over any public space. 4th of July, festivals, and sporting events are ruined by large minority families rushing to the front to "get their money's worth".
Hollywood gays and Jews have descended into the city because of the filming tax credit.
College educated white shitlib carpetbaggers have moved ITP from all of the corporate HQs there. All of the cool smoking dive bars have been ruined from their smoking bans and faggot laws they've passed.
Upper-middle class neighborhoods like Johns Creek have become overrun with turdskins. They've ruined the school systems and play cricket on what was once neatly manicured baseball fields.
Whites move further and further out into the exurbs into places like Forsyth and Cherokee county in search of peace. Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton are unrecognizable now compared to just 15 years ago. Everywhere you look is fat minorities, blacks loitering, mexicans revving their shitty nissan altimas, white shitlibs watching soccer at brewpubs, turdskins haggling the cashier at Costco.

There’s a lot of parks, lakes, golf courses and there’s cart paths throughout the city. It’d be a CR place for families.
The only downside is that it’s fairly isolated and a good bit outside of the city. It’s south of the city and the entirety of South Atlanta is a no go zone. It’d be a pain to commute to Midtown/Downtown from there. It’s well known for Delta pilots that live there due to the proximity of the airport. |
