I think dental holidays are reasonable if you just need cavities filled but it sounds like you need major work. I can tell you as someone whose career was ruined by complications from fucked up dental work that you need to be in a city with experts. Ideally see if a maxillofacial surgeon or prosthodonist can manage you. It's more expensive but far better value for the $$$$$$$ |

They do a cone beam CT of the area to make sure it's safe for implant. Then they put in the post which is basically a metallic rod in the region where the natural root would be, and then seal it for several weeks. After the period of healing they then attach the actual tooth implant.
Some places claim to do it all in one session now which is an awful idea. |
