I almost wonder if there's something about religion that increases the likelihood that someone suffering from same sex attraction ends up trooning out. Like, someone that might ordinarily just turn out gay if they were raised in a more secular household ends up with a mental schism because of religion and it just sends them further down the rabbit hole

So, they mostly come from lib parents, especially lib moms. Libs moms ain't going to church, or at least not a real church.

I know a lot of young people who moved to cities for school and jobs because their Are Country hometowns weren't very accepting of people outside of a fairly narrow mold. They're some of the most strident libs with an axe to grind. I get where they come from even if I think they're too radical.
