And we do summer and fall ball with a different select team so that he sees variety. I also have a preschool kid on coach pitch. He crushes the ball but absolutely hates everything else about baseball. But hitting is king. Hit the ball and you play. My oldest son has always been lead off on every team. Not now. Reaching for terrible pitches. Just got home and having serious reservations. Wife wants to have sex and I can't. I'm gay.
