The government tried to suppress the news but a few videos at chat transcripts were intercepted and broadcast by Russia. Kiev has also not denied that the event(s) happened. They've had three days to correct the record, so Russian reports are looking credible:

Separately there are images coming out that suggest the GUR headquarters ate a very large bomb. Some show what appear to be the southernmost building in the complex totally blown out. It doesn't even look like it was fire. It looks like a lot of the masonry just collapsed. Another yuge building next to it is intact but the exterior walls are covered in soot from what must have been a raging fire inside. It looks like the fire was secondary to some external event. Russian channels report that the entrance to a yuge underground command center was there, and looking at this photo it makes sense that that's where the entrance would be (tucked between the two buildings at the tip of that isthmus where all the cars are parked in the shade):

These aren't as good as Maxar pics but they are pretty damn good given the circumstances. Satellite must be orbiting fast as fuck, or their timing was good and the bombed it right before the satellite made a pass over that tiny patch land.
