I'm not one of those guys that pushes ppl to get up at 4:30 to lift for an hour - you only need 20 mins or so. At the very least get a few kettle bells and do 4 circuits of 4 exercises shoot for like 10 reps initially. Swings, shoulder lifts, squat and curl, every other day. Should take about 20-30 mins. Suggest you get a chocolate plant protein powder - i prefer pea or hemp - and chug that after the quick workout.

I wake up at 6am usually, start by making some coffee and by the time it's done brewing I'm halfway done with my workout. I watch the news / poast / email in between sets. Drink my coffee in the shower and I'm done and ready to go at 7am.

If you're going to binge eat, go to town on some beef jerky and small portion of sour candies + protein shake 2 hrs or so after dinner if your dinner was light on meat.

Also, walk further.

It took me like 9 months to really make a change. Got to the point where I could bang out 100 pushups without stopping (hurt my shoulder doing that and it wasn't helping lose weight that well...don't do those 30 day challenges of overtraining one thing). Then I started doing some kettlebell shit and it was a world of difference. You'll be glad you started in like 2 months and then you naturally want to do it and it's no longer a pain.

Listen, I love smoking weed and playing video games and not doing healthy things. I love fried food. I fucking hate that working out daily or every other day makes you happier and feel better and gives you more energy. I fucking hate it. But they were right (and i fucking hate that). And now i know how much better I feel and I workout almost every day. I didnt have to say anything, it naturally pushed my wife to start working out too. Her ass has never looked better. I hate the gym and I dont like most lifters etc., but I feel like a completely different person compared to when I wasn't working out and just stress eating and only going on the minimum amount of walks etc.

It's just what I wound up doing when I felt like i didnt have time to workout and just wanted it to lose weight and for it to be over quickly. Lost 20 pounds without really trying. The only thing was I cut way back on booze, which really helped. Even shifting when you drink until later in the day and taking a few days of no drink each week can make a huge difference.

Biggest thing that helped me was keeping consistent every other day and eating a ton more protein. Other than some extra protein shakes etc. and a few units of alcohol less each week, I didnt diet at all, ate all the pizza and burgers and fried food I wanted to, and still lost 20 pounds. Lost more fat and gained more muscle but I'm still down 20.

Jeff Nippard has an "essentials" program which I believe calls for 45 min workouts. Eliminate a set on each exercise and you can squeeze it into 30 min. But at least you can make and track your progress. Let me know how many days per week you train and I can send you the corresponding program. 25 min bodypump circuits are not going to be effective for physical adaptations into the intermediate level.

This video also came out a minute ago. Haven't reviewed it yet, it's workout tips for busy moms. These guys repeat the same shit over and over again but they know their stuff (and whatever tf applies to "busy moms" can be used by you as well)

Same here. When kids were really little, had less time for the gym and adjusted my protein intake downwards accordingly. Lost ~10 lbs muscle. Bodyfat stayed low though. I'd chop off my legs before letting my self gain any significant amount of bodyfat. Cant imaging anything worse. Bring aesthetic and lead is the greatest feeling on earth.
