Doesn't this guy (young gov in heavily red state) have the profile of someone the DNC shoves down the country's throat? I had never heard of him before. I see he's a legacy and that's likely the only thing that gave him a shot, but still. |

The only other governor of a southern deep red state is in Louisiana, and that guy is a Manchin-type almost-Republican. Kentucky guy seems like a typical moderate Democrat, which is why I was surprised he's not promoted more. |
