That's good. When you're going hard, rest is really important. Don't be afraid to take days off. I regularly take 3-4 days off, and every 6 months I do 2 weeks off. I come back stronger every time I do it.

Cr. And just a warning to anyone reading this, a lot of people use him as an excuse to be lazy. You still have to go hard as fuck when you lift. But most people are probably overtraining, and they're limiting growth as a result
