Biden would likely lose in this scenario, and the polling could be bad enough that he drops out way late like next July and the Dems just pick Newsom or whoever at their own brokered convention. So much more kooky shit would happen too, like Trump winning 15 states as a write in, RFK winning a random few states (it will be somewhere like NH or Oregon), and a very high possibility of no one getting 270 EVs and the House of Representatives picking the POTUS, which is how Haley would get it, probably because she would cut a deal to pardon Trump.
