Wallace couldn't do it, ruling that Trump will NOT be removed from the 2024 primary ballot in Colorado. In her 102-page order, Judge Wallace held that even though Trump is an insurrectionist, the Fourteenth Amendment Insurrection Clause does not apply to the President.
