Random story: my sister graduated from Wharton with a 3.9 and turned down a job offer from Starwood Capital to work for FLW's grandson Eric. She spent years working for him, got a my masters in architecture along the way, and became increasingly poor. She never designed a single building.

Anyone who goes to school for architecture is an idiot. It's a glamour major. Just become a civic engineer if you want to build things or understand systems. Designing buildings is retarded anyway. Just build for cost and move on to the next project. That's the way everything should be done.
