I did general practice for 3 years. Gradually transitioned to 90% transactional work.
But during those 3 years...it was hell. I did 41 divorces. I ran "closings" for mobile homes. I had a jury trial over a $900 gravel job.
But.... I made enough friends to slowly move to a real practice.
I'm 17 years in.

i'll answer 3 of those.
NW 5-8m using conservative values for various RE
250k earned income each year; but for example this year i have a sale pending that will generate 2.1m net of taxes, profit of 1.8m.
ive been bald since i was 28.
