I think the biggest concern would be the fact that you are always going to have bad apples working in the field and sooner or later someone is going to fuck everything up. When some nepotism-placed idiot fucks things up in most fields, there are consequences to everyone working w him, but they rarely rise to the level of going to jail. However, there's no room for that in a drug business. You are entrusting your life to people, 90 percent of whom may be good people, but ten percent of which are going to be doomed morons.
