If the bubble doesn’t pop and it starts gutting professional-class industries/jobs it will be issue number one. If it ushers in some sort of utopia (highly unlikely) it will obviously be a key issue. Dems are taking a skeptical but wait and see approach to AI. They should give a more full-throated attack and call for bans and moratoriums.
