Seems like something like San Diego if you can afford it and want to live the big city life.
Besides that Dallas isn't too shabby either. I am thinking of trying to move to Denver when I graduate, be close to those mountains. In general I am not really a city guy honestly.
Wouldn't want to raise kids in any of these places.

San Diego is disgustingly prole. It's full of insufferable retards. I almost moved there once and I was on my hands and knees begging to return to Los Angeles.
Dallas is a hideous sprawling prolescape of wannabe Californians, nogs, scamjeets, and criminal beaners. But yeah if you live in Deep Ellum or wherever it's probably OK. There is something truly insufferable though about red state liberals where on the one hand you're dealing with the JV shitlib squad who couldn't make it in New York or SV. And on the other hand they've been so thoroughly beaten down by local politics that they have become extra annoying to where they have to remind you of their views nonstop. Whereas if you grew up UES and went to Yale you don't necessarily have to let the world one you're a rancid leftist.
Denver the problem with Denver is that Colorado has some of the stupidest white people you will ever meet. There is something fundamentally wrong with the IQ of Colorado whites. I don't know why but I stand by this assessment.

La Jolla is the 180 part of San Diego - not prole
Dallas best area for 20s-30s is uptown or Knox and Henderson. Deep Ellum is for fags and I think its ghetto now anyways. Actually some decent places to raise your kids inside the actual city too/suburbs is where all the Indians live
Denver - I agree that it sucks but it is mostly for the #vibes and outdoorsy shit. I am sort of limited as far as "nice" o&g places I can live. I want to see the country while Texas fights over politial BS

My friend went to HS in Houston suburb and he said after Katrina everything changed. Put it to you this way, they got a lot more running backs and linebackers.
