Yeah, that's good enough for the casual bareback session with the cowgirl, but long-term, how are you going to feel when your short, increasingly widening wife is buried in a sea of tall trophy wives when you're schmoozing with the partners. Not too prestigious!

WTF? My husband told me about these threads - and I had to see them with my own eyes.
I'm Cornell '68. HLS '71 - when there were only about 30 women in a class of 600+. Happily married to another HLS graduate for over 35 years.
I know that a lot of guys I went to school with were kind of clumsy jerks when it came to women (they were nerds - they couldn't help themselves) - but you guys make those guys look like Fred Astaire.
As someone who has been online since the 80's - I hope that Heidi (and any other woman defamed by you guys here) will consult a decent lawyer - get a subpoena to get your real names - and sue the pants off you for defamation. You're supposed to be law students (or something equally lofty). Yes? You do realize that there is no right to secret identities in cyberspace - yes? And that there is no special immunity conferred on defamatory statements uttered in cyberspace. Yes?
Also - FWIW - most trophy wives want trophy husbands. Haven't seen much evidence of trophy husband potential here. Robyn

Go fuck yourself, whore.
Do you know what defamation is? If so, you'd know that nothing in this thread is actionable.
Second, if there's no right to "secret identities" in cyberspace, then why is there a "right" to privacy for pictures one posts online? Also, you might want a First Amendment refresher course- anonymous speech IS a constitutional right, as stated in many, many political campaigning SCOTUS cases. Maybe I'll post them later, but really, as a "lawyer," you should know this already.
The only part of your post that is correct is the statement that online identities receive no special deferrence. This is true. Online monikers get the same protections as "in real life" speech, which would be protected in this case because (a) it only expresses an opinion and (b) no untruths were stated and (c) it's obvious satire/sarcasm and (d) she can't prove any damages anyway, as there is nothing to substantiate the loss of employment claim, and the standards for actionable IIED claims are far, far too high for any lawsuit related to this board to surive a 12b6.
Again, you either aren't a lawyer, or you're a terribly stupid one.

I'm a lawyer. I've even argued in the Supreme Court. Are you a lawyer? I'll give you my real name - bar memberships - and the like - right here in public - if you'll give me yours. In all the years I've posted on chat boards - whether they deal with investing - or food - or politics - or travel - or other matters - I have never hidden my identity. In fact - I've met dozens of people I talk with on line in real time. Both in the US and abroad.
So are you a real person? A serious intelligent person? Or are you just some nerd who is content to live life writing nonsense messages using a stupid handle? If the latter - what a sad commentary on the current state of law students and lawyering. And I don't think I'd care to meet you in real time either. Robyn

OMG, that is defamation!!!!! Didn't you know that expressing an opinion on pictures someone posted in the public domain is defamation?!?! I'm allegedly a lawyer and I don't know this!!!!

ya having a penis and all is a real barrier between sorting out the irons. however if he read my comment i explicity said "she looks better with straight hair"
tyia for your realizing you are a douche who goes to upennstate
Any dude who is halfway observant and has had either a: mother, sister, girl friend, girlfriend, fiance, spouse, or seen a fucking TV show should be able to tell the difference.
And the reason you're an idiot is because you got all up in arms about disagreeing with someone you were actually agreeing with.

i only date girls who have straight hair. i'm serious.
for the sluts i bang, i have no idea if they have curly hair naturally, but i make it clear to them how much i value good hair and i've never had a girl try to pull some curly shit on me yet. wavy or styled, yes. curly, no. i wouldnt stand for that--i dont want to look bad when out. this is less of a concern now that i'm in DC but in NYC it was *paramount*. curly hair is for TTT ethnics and poors.
also, i have never lived with a girl, nor would i until its absolutely necessary and she makes me. its TTT.
pwned? ya, by a pennstate student?.... haha. that would hurt if it was the case.

like if you just fucked her, sure. but in public? no.
i assume some girls i've fucked in the past actually have curly hair bc theyre joos. but bc they're JAPs they arent seen out with curly hair.
to be seen out in NYC with a girl with curly hair is like running around screaming "im a poors". for whatever reason, latino and black dudes love curly hair. us WASPs hate it.
I've noticed that some chicks with big boobs try to do stuff like that to avoid attention and be taken seriously. might be why she went with the ugly hair. she should just go with it and score herself a super rich dude

i'm with you on this... she could get nearly any dood if she played up her good looks. despite this she dresses very conservatively for a girl her age.

I just feel like I'm getting ripped off with a short woman. I'm not saying she needs to be 5'8 or taller, but when she's only 5'2, 5'3, c'mon--then you've got short legs and the inevitable fact that she's going to end up being 4'11 when her spine shrinks. But wait, by that time, I'll have kicked her short ass out and picked out a new trophy wife. Besides, I guess she's just closer to the action when it's time for the BJ. So yeah, I guess short women rule! *HIGH FIVE*
Date: February 22nd, 2007 5:45 PM Author: heady menage Subject: How is her ass?
Hard to tell from these pics. From the waist up, it all looks good, but can anyone get us an ass shot? Looks like it might be a little too curvy, but I can't tell.

how do you know that she is "strapping them down?" It doesn't seem like it. A minimizer would make you smaller but couldn't make someone with a very large chest look close to flat.
Besides if you had a really large chest, you couldn't really wear a strapless bra, let alone a strapless minimizer if you wanted support
Yeah, it's really ridiculous. I mean, they really aren't that scandalous photos - at all - and people here haven't been saying things half as bad as some people could say in real life about other people (although I'm not saying that anyone specific would say that about the girl in question).
