i def should have more saved but have made some shitty decisions. i live with two friends; we're all on the lease but i write the rent checks and they pay me. one of them hasn't paid me since last november so that's like $8K i'm owed. and i spent 2.5 years fully financially supporting my deadbeat ex, who was spending my $$ willy nilly and hiding some of his purchases (like he'd sneak alcohol into his grocery trips/instacart orders and drink it in secret)
friend moves out this month and will be replaced by someone who has shown herself to be reliable, so that's an extra $766/mo i'll be saving and IDEALLY the friend will, you know, pay me back...
aside from that, i should be cooking more and ordering food less, but i'm pretty comfy so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |
