He can be as paranoid as he wants, but it would then be pretty easy for an attorney to find him using database tools or by hiring a PI.
He would then be open to various sorts of retaliation for the stuff I understand he's done on the board, from charges for attempting to extort TSINAH over the wires (a felony), to various civil suits, to simple exedients such as publicizing some of his activities.
Something to consider if you really intend to file (which I doubt you do). |
Date: March 10th, 2022 8:41 PM Author: insecure brunch gaping this is for my safety. i don't want him to be outed, but i'm not going to risk him showing up and attacking me. the other thing is, he has a weapon, which the court will confiscate if the RO is granted. so he'll be less dangerous to the rest of the world, too, not just me.
anyway, if people do choose to retaliate for psycho shit he's done (which i doubt anyone will), that would be his fault for doing the things, not mine for trying to protect myself. |
