This is the worst kind of practice imo. Clients are emotional and no help, shit is always last minute, big liability if you fuck up. I think the way to do it is hire a grizzled old assistant or paralegal who can do 95% of the work for you. But you need to do a lot of these to make it profitable. Honestly seems like a nightmare. Maybe domestic is worse but I’d much rather do traffic tickets all day.
