How the fuck can someone competently review a doc in one minute? He gave me the hint that the review is solely for looks and because its a court order so we have to do it but not necessarily well.
Is this how all doc reviews go? How is this ethical? |

After ITE most doc review has been outsourced or radically culled down with technology assisted review. The people doing it aren't really wasting anything because they don't have anything to waste.
If you're referring to the 2nd/3rd level review a first or second year biglaw lit associate is doing, it is easy hours and more like $150/hour and part of just what you have to do as a junior. |
