It sounded perfect: cheap real estate, great weather, a history of subjugation. But since then, Pannma's real estate market has spiraled out of control.
Thus, I turn to you xo. Find me a new country where with $20,000,000 and a reasonable ruthless streak, I can become a passable warlord.
Factors to consider: weather, women, real estate, liklihood of goverment interference.
